[NLRS] club dues

No, but I don't have to have the roster to the ARRL until 30 days after the
contest.  If I get your dues by then (make it 28 days after the end of the
contest -- I hate sending in stuff at the last minute), I'll include you on
the roster.

If this seems too flexible, then have your dues postmarked by the end of the
contest (and to me before the 30 days).
