[NLRS] NG0R station prep for the contest

The good news is that I think that 50-->1296 is operational again.   The
bad news is that I might only be CW on 902/1296 as I think that I am
having SSB issues with that IF system.I would like to try to check out
all of the bands with someone in the metro during the evening this week
if possible.

I still have a more station integration activities left to complete and
free time is at a premium the rest of this week competing with my sons
baseball games.
