[NLRS] IC-718 FS

Haven't sold anything in a while, and don't have any feel for Icom gear.  
Nevertheless I have a very clean IC-718 that shows an Ebay median of roughly 
$400 and a high "buy now" of over $700.  Which is ridiculous.

If it doesn't sell here I will be taking it to 3M.  I'd rather sell it here, 
with what that implies.

And it is nice.  I've owned it for maybe 6 years, and never transmitted except 
when I bought it and today.  I purchased it to be an AMBC receiver.
