[NLRS] NT0V/B 70 cm

NT0V/B is on 432.310 and also 144.292.

They are both located on the west side of Ft. Totten, ND, and in grid EN07, right on the northern edge of that grid and on the south shore of the growing body of water that is Devils Lake.  My home qth is a little NE of there, across the lake, in grid EN08oc.

The 432 beacon is on a horizontally polarized small yagi, pointed NE, and about 50 feet up a tower that is on a large hill.  The 144 beacon is a vertical omni and up over 300 feet on the same tower.  Both are running low power, about 5 watts, and were able to use decommissioned antennas from my employer.
