[NLRS] hearing NT0V 2m and 432 beacons in EN34lx

Wish I had my 2m and 70cm beams in the air, I am right beside Dennis in 
EN07.

That along with 1.2GHz will hopefully happen this fall when SteppIR gets 
moved to new tower
which will free up tower originally purchased for week signal work.
