[NLRS] RI and DE in the books on 6m this AM

FFMA is a major undertaking but I am thinking about it.  I learned about it 
in 2004 when through happenstance got active on 6m and within two days had a 
call from K5UR asking for a contact, EN07 was one of five that he needed. 
He is now the number 3 recipient of the award and the contact helping him 
get there is still one of my favorites.

I probably have about 250 worked, about 150 confirmed.  It helps to be in 
EN07 which used to be #22 on the most wanted list, I think I have skewed 
that a bit lately.
