[NLRS] Buck Hill and the August contest

Now that the January Sweepstakes is behind us, I have made a resolution to
get serious about finishing my transverters, a band at a time, and get a
footprint on some new bands. The 902 MHz 'verter works, I just need to get
a PA stage up and going to have a real signal. Then I'm hoping to work my
way up the bands from there, one at a time.

KC9JTL and I agree that it would be a blast to have the multi-op station on
Buck Hill, with rovers swarming all around it, during the August ARRL UHF
contest. I'm sure that's a lot of work and coordination to make that
happen. I'm outside of the NLRS territory, so I'm not even a member. But I
would really encourage you fellows to see if that could become a reality
this year. We will be roving up there for sure if it happens. Let me know
if there's anything I can do to help facilitate, besides just voicing my
desire for it.

Thanks and 73,

David W9HQ
