[NLRS] 2011 Mn QSO Party - new tools

To dovetail on to Jon's comments.  I intend to activate 6 counties in SE Minnesota.  I'm not so concerned that you contact me. What would be cool would be for a high number of NLRS logs and a strong showing in the club competition.  I mean this lightheartedly:  "this is your chance to prove we are not a "microwave" club" :-) .  So get on for MNQP on the LOW LOW LOW bands and have some fun!

I will be mostly SSB and a pip-squeak signal.
