Wow - Great success with the ARRL January VHF Sweeps this year!

Worked many more NLRS stations & 0-area stations than ever before.
Also logged a number of new contacts with Iowa stations.

N9LB, SOLP, January 2011, end result ....

    50  50  Qs  x1=50  21 grids
   144  61  Qs  x1=61  26 grids
   222  23  Qs  x2=46  15 grids
   432  27  Qs  x2=54  12 grids
   902   3  Qs  x4=12   3 grids
  1296   6  Qs  x4=24   5 grids


  170 Qs,  247 points x 82 grids  >> 20,254 score

Last January I had only three bands, 62 Qs, and scored 2,368, so quite 
the improvement!

Running very low power on 432, 902 and 1296, I hope to get up to the LP 
limit for next time.

Also, I wish the ARRL would raise the Low Power limit on 902 and above 
to 100 watts, could have completed a number of additional QSOs with just 
a few more DB of RF.
