[NLRS] IC-746 dead

David,

the only time my '706mkII died...  it was a 3 AMP ATC fuse that saved  
the rig from an issue connected with the PTT circuit that was routed  
to one of my bricks.  My '746 is available for your use if you need a  
rig.  Contact me if you still need something before this afternoon.
