[NLRS] N9LB QRV from EN52 for January VHF Contest

Look south once in a while, too. I plan on operating Single-Op (QRP)
Portable from EN50rl. I may only be active from contest start to
Sunday afternoon. The big football game seems to be promising to lure
many people away from their radios then.
