[NLRS] Contest spreadsheet restored

Please tell me that there are going to be more rovers out there besides 
NE8I/r, W9SZ/p, and me who are currently planning to do some rovering around 
Lake Michigan this year? Or is it just that no one is making an announcement 
till closer to the contest weekend?
