[NLRS] January VHF Contest

Snow, cold, rotten conditions .... yup, must be the January VHF contest time again.   The contest runs from 1900 UTC on Saturday, January 22 to 0359 UTC on Sunday, January 24.  At breakfast the other day there was some discussion about coordinating activity on Sunday at two different times.  The first activity hour would be 2:00 PM Sunday, the heat of the day, with the thought of helping out any rovers as best possible.  The second activity hour would be 8:00 PM Sunday evening.  

So mark January 22/24 on your calendars and if you can't be active for the whole contest, try to plan around the two activity hours of 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Sunday.
