[NLRS] Nets ON Tonight + Big Tropo Forecasted

   The Hepburn Tropo Forecast Maps say tonight will be special
for MN and surrounding states.  Hope that proves true.

   Whether you enjoy nets or not, get on the air tonight and make
contacts.  Wed. is one of the busier overall nights on 2m SSB.

    Let's make a special effort to get stations on from VE-4, the
Dakotas, NE, etc.  The tropo forecast says all those areas will
be enhanced.   Spread the word and enjoy the rewards tonight.
