[NLRS] WTB: 1296 Tube Amp project ?????

Hey All

I am looking to go QRO on 1296--What I am looking for is a
7289/2C39 or equiv based tube amp that is retired or unfinished. I 
already have plenty
of HV supplies so I am really looking for tubes, sockets,parts etc that 
I can finish
off to complete a multi tube final amp. . I have access to metal working 
facilities
to create missing parts too............
