[NLRS] Not "snakebit" since K9JK will still be /R but NOT the route posted

Due to a call from a damsel (my wife, Judy) in distress (car 
trouble down near Brookfield Zoo), the K9JK/R "Road Trip" has 
been curtailed.

Just getting back to the house after picking her up. I tried to 
check some things (to no avail) so we ended up arranging to get 
the car towed which took some time.

It now appears my rove will be JUST the "local 4", EN51/52/61/62 
by the Elk Grove Village Grid Corner, with a slim chance of 
heading down to EN50 and EN60 tomorrow morning.

Still only CDE.
