[NLRS] Need pinouts for C-band amp module

Several years ago, probably when the CSVHF conference was in town, I
picked up a 20 Watt "Solid-State C-Band Amplifier" Hazeltine P/N 333325
made by Toshiba Corp. It is a big heavy metal module about the size of a
St Paul phone book. Guessing from the other numbers on the label, I'd
say it was built in the 1984-1990 time frame. Most of the connections
are well labeled except J4, a DB15P connector that is probably for
control and monitoring.

Does anyone have a pin-out for J4 or any idea where to look for any
specs for the module? I'm assuming there are more than one of these in
the area or maybe someone has a link to a web page that mentions it. I
did some searches but didn't find anything specific. This does NOT seem
to be the same as the 20W and 40W modules commonly found on Ebay. Even
inside the cover they seem to be different modules. If nobody here has
info I'll try the microwave reflector....
