[NLRS] Important matter for VHFers

I just downloaded a copy of that letter. It's a great letter. I probably
won't just sign it and send it; I'll retype it with revisions of my own.

Has anyone pointed out in a letter to their Congressman that this spectrum
is also assigned to radio amateurs in many other countries and that there is
likely to be interference from radio amateurs in Mexico, Canada, etc?
