I checked the CSVHF web page yesterday, the call for papers that I've 
not seen posted to any lists says the deadline for publication is May 
1st. Get the submissions to Kent, WA5VJB by snail mail, e-mail, in paper 
or preferably an electronic format, or posted to a publicly accessible 
server.
