[NLRS] Location, Location, Location

This may not be what you expect from the heading, but I find this very very interesting, especially if one is in the metro area. "How you can be located." might be a better title. Read all the way through, I almost bailed early, thinking I knew where it was going. Maybe I'm just not as "with it" as I thought. "Your mileage may vary".
