[NLRS] 144 sprint

Hi all

I plan to be on for the sprint this evening, but may or may not be on the radio right at 7 pm.  (0000 Z)  I will try to get there as quick as I can, and will be looing for W9FZ/R in particular, for some additional wis counties.

BTW, due to a severely reduced personal time commitment to the Sept ARRL test, plus lower activity and not so good condx, I managed to run a 19 K score for the sept test.  More details later.
