[NLRS] Sept Contest 10 G Activity Hour

I plan to avoid any "suspicious activity" on Saturday, 9/11.

I put my plan on the spreadsheet, but I plan to activate EN34 and EN35 on
Sunday: 5pm-6pm in EN34 and 6:30pm-8pm in EN35.  Sunday's forecast has a
chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon, so if it's raining those plans will
change.

I'll have 2m FM (146.46 or 146.55), 5ghz and 10ghz.  I might have other bands
with me.
