[NLRS] Good 902/1296/10Ghz conditions

  38deg here at 7am this morning and the temp had warmed to 48deg at sked time. Very light breeze out of the SSE.   

  Gary W0GHZ and I had very good conditions on our 155mile path this morning on 902, 1296 especially. 10Ghz was up from last night about 5db. 
Signals from Gary 45db above the noise on 1296 and 55db above the noise on 902. We even worked on FM on both bands full quieting. Little
QSB at all. We signed at 9am local.

  The 10Ghz signals in the end were typical of what we see usually. They had been well below normal the last several skeds with the cooler WX and the
weather system passing through.
