Hi All
Brief report, 432 sprint outcome was 36 QSOs and 17 grids. Best DX was EN91, and hardest contact was N0EDV, whose 10 watts was hard to hear, and even he seemed to be struggling to hear my 500 watts. (Thanks Scott) I made a lot of noise the first 2 hours, and then just tuned more and listened the next hour. I stopped at about 0300 (10 pM) but did come back into the shack for a few minutes to find K9JK/R in grids # 5 and #6. Love the rovers, as I worked WB8BZK, K9JK from all their stops, N9UM/R, KC0P/R and his wife N0??/R and WA9O/R. It takes dedication to go out on a rove on a weeknight, and end up with only a few dozen QSOs, thanks to all.
Not sure about the microwave and 50 meg events yet, lots of other commitments and trips on the schedule. (glad when I can retire, this 'working harder and longer' as I get older is for the birds)
