[NLRS] 432 Sprint

I'll be looking for you and the other NLRS stations.

I may not have 144 to coordinate, so I'll monitor/call on 432.100 and 
tune +/- 20 KHz for rovers, and others running a frequency.

Hope to exceed the 18 contacts I made in the 222 sprint last week.
