[NLRS] Skywarn recognition day and Microwave activity Day

In central Iowa the SKYWARN group usually sets up two HF stations and 
keeps the VHF/UHF FM stations on the air for the period. K0DMX. There 
the radar is half a mile down the road for better elevation. Today their 
web page doesn't admit any plans for 2010. http://www.midiowaskywarn.com/
