[NLRS] No 432 net tonight

I've been holding out, hoping the lightning would mellow out- but it isn't.
I'm going to call off the 432 net and leave it all unplugged. The radar
shows the weather having passed my location, but whaddya know, it just
started raining.

Hope to work you all next week on the net (and a colossal opening on six
would be welcome too).
