[NLRS] June VHF online spreadsheet - enter your plans

I found it somewhat easy to use but that is based on not using an online
spreadsheet also. I didn't make any adjustments at all since I know very
little about setting up spreadsheets, just enough to use them effectively...:)

As for the bands planned to be used, is there a way to make it easier to
select what bands you are planning to use? Since I have not memorized the ARRL
numbering scheme for the bands, could you provide a drop down listing of what
they are or another spread sheet listing what is what. I went and looked up
the assignments from this years pdf listing of results for the January VHF
Sweeps.

Thanks for the time and work to set this up. I have listed W8PGW (EN82df)
there.
