[NLRS] Need advice on use of LMR-400 with rotor

David - I use LMR400 on my home station and simply use big loops around the
rotator - no problem for years.  I also use LMR400 on my rover system which
is fixed - I turn the car to change bearing.  This will be changing shortly
with a "Rev B" rover rack that will incorporate a rotator (come to
Aurora'10 to see) and I plan to use LMR400 there too.
