[NLRS] 10 GHz Operation April 12-15

I live just outside of Westby, have never worked 10 GHz, and would love to
be part of this. Anybody have a spare rig I could borrow for this? And, if
not, Scott please at least include me in your plans because I'd love to see
how this works.
