[NLRS] AU2010 presentation request

Hello All

  As per Jon's email yesterday, I will be assisting with the technical presentations at the AU2010 conference  on May 15. This year I understand the range of my responsibilities much better than last year! So I expect a better start. The success of the technical component of AU is totally dependent upon members stepping forward with presentations, suggestions of people/topics for presentations.

  It would be nice see a wide range of topics represented, VHF-Microwave, tropo operations - contesting, "entry level" - advanced and operations - technical. Presentations of the 15-30min variety can be accommodated.  Visual aids of the Power Point variety make the presentations richer in content and assists the presenter in organizing the presentation. This is not required, but from my experience is very helpful. At a minimum some JPG images to augment the topic.

  Poster board displays for the "sun room" are of interest as well, if you are more comfortable with that medium.

  Various members (myself included) will be willing to assist a would be presenter in formulating a presentation topic and/or the presentation as well.

  So what has been going on in those ham shacks ( or the rover mobile) this past year that would be of interest? We are all interested in what others have been up to, this feeds our activities and interest! 

  Your assistance with presentations for AU will be greatly appreciated by all.
