Hi Clare, my name is bill Kleinschmidt
I am one of the owners of the 147.090 in lacrosse. the MVARA in lacrosse has 
taken over control of the WA9HCZ beacon and as of now we have it off the air 
due to some things that happened to a repeater site that were beyond our 
control. Also we have an antenna issue and when all the gets resolved it 
will be back in full force. Sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused 
but rest assured that it is being worked on as we speak.
