[NLRS] Photo Ops during the June VHF QSO Party

Just a reminder to dig out your camera, camcorder and/or audio recorder and
make a few recordings during the weekend. You'll want to look back on them
and we'll want to use them in the "Introduction to VHF/UHF/Microwave Weak
Signal Operation" video that is being produced for use at hamfests, etc.
It's always nice to have people (operators, etc.) in the pictures and don't
pan around too much with your camcorder.
