[NLRS] MS-150 on 146.58 FM this weekend

This weekend will see the MS Society's MS-150 Bike Tour from near
Duluth to the Twin Cities, roughly along I-35.  There is of course
an amateur radio public service component to this, so if you happen
to be monitoring 146.58 FM simplex you'll likely pick up the chatter.

Not that there tends to be much in the way of FM contacts in the VHF
contests, but I wanted to make sure people know what is going on.  I
wouldn't expect stations supporting the MS-150 to respond to contest
contacts.
