[NLRS] Final call to update your June VHF plans

A few are a bit out-of-area, but that's ok.  Thanks to KC9BQA for 
beating the bushes further east and south.  Maybe in the future we could 
go national and have separate sheets for each grid field.

Please make any updates you have (that means you, "Rover-Head"!).  I 
will do a little re-formatting for those who aren't spreadsheet savvy (a 
sort by grid and a sort by callsign), and add a sheet in front where 
late changes can be highlighted.  Otherwise, download it, sort it as you 
like, print it or save it where it will be handy for the weekend.
