Just trying to add to the discussion.  Good comments by all so
far.

On 6-432, there's the basic "brick" level, and then there is the
tube(s) level up to legal limit.  And some operators are operating
serious smoke on those bands.

Contrast that to 903/1296/2304 where the new "basic brick level"
is 100/50/40, there are VERY few operators running much more than
that.  Yes, we've seen the talks by N2CEI where you can run
serious 2.3 power with the Spectran full amps.  But you can count
those on one or two hands.

Anyways, I hope you see my point that on 6-432, there is "basic
brick" and "high power".  And plenty of participants for both.
902 and up, there's not so much differentiation.  Much for the
very availability reasons Donn was mentioning.

I lean towards upping the 902 and up limits.  The differentiation
between classes may not happen on those bands. The differentiation
may end up being made on what the op chooses to run on the bottom
4.  And that's all ok with me.
