[NLRS] "States Above" Award winners in the NLRS

Please note that the NLRS is home to both the second and third place
finishers of the CSVHFS's "States Above"  Award for 2010....

Congratulations to Bill Davis, K0AWU who turned in 130 states to 
capture second place and to Vince Pakovich, K0SIX who worked 
102 states....  Vince bested another great effort by NLRS member
Gary Morlant, W0GHZ who was close behind with 101.

First place went to Bob Mathews, K8TQK who gathered 
184 band/states...

The three top finishers will receive plaques to commemorate thier
outstanding efforts in promoting VHF/UHF radio.....
