[NLRS] CQ Contest

  A fun weekend of activity on 6m. Almost no one on 2m at all. SAD ..... EN37 hams were out in force. WD0TDV, KB0CIM, KD0HRO,KC0KDV,KB0LBS,W6GMT,N0KKT. I hope I didn't miss anyone. Sorry activity elsewhere in MN. K0SIX was hammering away but few others. I did run into K9MU and N0AKC, both I think on Sunday. 2m conditions seemed quite flat from EN37ed.

 

  6m was lots of fun with activity both E and W from about 6pm or so for several hours. BC-NS in Canada and ME to WA on the US side. Not much out of the SE which is unusual. Sunday 6m didn't amount to too much, several stations in AZ, NM, ME.

 

  At least ... some activity on the radio. In total, I barely beat out my old 3rd highest CQ contest total, so wasn't too unhappy with the results. It too every lat minute and QSO to match that score however.

 

  Hope to see some of you in St Louis. Heat index at the MO farm today to be 101-106 degrees ... ARGH At the farm we had almost an inch of rain this morning. STEAM HEAT
