The beacon is operational at about 300mW, yes 0.3 watts.   I have it connected to my 222 yagi pointed due north.      I'm not sure that I have the LO and the transverter fully isolated during key-up so signal reports regarding tone quality and keying characteristics are appreciated.

Step 2 will be to build and connect the power amp.   Step 3 will be to get the omni antennas back up and to run new coax.
