[NLRS] VHF Contest Logging - Rovers

Hello NLRS land.

Just a reminder that if you worked a rover in the contest make sure to
append their call with the "/R" rover designator.  The updated contest
checking software that the League is using can differentiate between "W0ZQ"
and "W0ZQ/R".  Also, for example, if you worked say W9FZ/R, that needs to
show up in your log as literally "W9FZ/R" .... if you enter just W9FZ it
will end up as a busted call.
