[NLRS] GHZ-AWU sig reports

  Considerable moisture in the path but no rain at the moment on either end..

  10Ghz sig peaks 22db above the noise -- sig quality indicates rain scatter but the signal is narrow

  1296 sig 10-30db with QSB as noted ... about "normal" for us the last week or more

  902 my sig is weaker on Garys end. Gary with 6db more power was 20-30db above the noise here

  9am report .... We will see what it is later!!
