Hello NLRS land.

In reading the most recent NWS summary, at this time it appears that
eastern MN into western Wisconsin will be on the warm side of this weekends
storm with high temperatures on Saturday into the upper 30's. That
probably means periods of cold rain. Saturday night into most of Sunday we
may be dry(ish) here as a dry slot moves in, only to then turn over to all
snow by later in the day on Sunday. At the same time, western MN and into
the Dakotas are going to see some icing and then a foot of snow.

For Saturday, I plan to be on from home (EN34it) with 6m through 3456.
Only omni loopers on 6m, and just 20 watts on 902, but if nothing ices up,
it should all work. I will be looking for W9FZ/R, and the dynamic duo of
KC0P/R & N0HZO/R on Saturday - be careful guys, if it looks bad stay home.

On Sunday, 10:00 AM, weather dependent, I plan to head to Burnsville
Parkway (EN34is) to work K0AWU and whomever else shows up on 10 gigs. I
will have 5760 along and will be listening on 146.46 FM. Glen, KC0IYT/R,
has expressed interest in being there too as has N0HJZ/R using my 3 watt
system. Anyone else want to join the "freeze your fingers to your dish"
group ? Bearing to Bill from there is 355 degrees while bearing to the
IDS Tower is about 3 degrees. After operating from there, I plan to move
to Ridgeway Park (EN35ja), again weather dependent. I may also try to get
some low band omni's on the car for 2, 222, and 432, but that is TBD as I
am running out of time.

73, Jon
W0ZQ
