Possibly the Frostbite Falls Beach Party morphed into that. The contest I
remember was in the mid-90's and I am not mistaken about the name - I know
that is what it was called. I only saw it promoted for a few years and I
forget what group sponsorted it. But it was an indoor QSO party; at least, I
don't recall there being a separate class for outdoor portable stations.
