[NLRS] Tonight's Long-Range 2m SSB Net Controls

   This week there's KA0KYZ in EN33 ( far SE MN) on 144.230 
MHz, starting at 6:45pm central time.   There's also WB9LYH in 
EN54 (middle of WI) on 144.240, starting at 7pm central time.   
Both these net controls start off looking into the eastern time zone 
for a while, before rotating their beams clockwise over the next 
60-90 minutes.
