Hi Barry,
I don't know where they came from. They were sold by a U.S. supplier
on eBay who I usually trust. But they were something like $1.00
apiece.
I'll find out soon enough. The ERA-2 spec sheet shows them rated to 6
GHz but the s-parameters Minicircuits provides go all the way to 16
GHz. They show useful gain at 10 GHz. Also Paul W1GHZ says the ERA-2
works at 10 GHz just fine. I have some real ERA-2's from Minicircuits
to compare them to. I just don't have too many of those.
