[NLRS] Time Domain Reflectometry...

Hi Bud.

There were four articles in the old "Ham Radio" magazine... of varying
usefulness. All have instructions on making a TDR with pulse generator and
o-scope, but none were especially good at usage. (All have the basics of use,
however.) There may also have been articles in QST before it got watered down
to uselessness, but I can't search that database.

Ham Radio
1971, May, pgs 22-27
1980, Jul, 32-34
1983, Nov, 49-51
1987, Jun, 66-69 -- This seems to be the best one

Also, I found a couple of obscure web sites that have what appaer to be good
tutorials and construction info for TDR hardware:

http://www.tscm.com/riprcop.html

http://www.epanorama.net/circuits/tdr.html
(This seems to be best)

I can get you copies of the HR articles. Paper only, as they're
scanned versions from the magazines, not electronic versions.
