[NLRS] 10 GHz and up soapbox open on ARRL site

Hello everyone.

Wondering if anyone realizes that the soapbox is open for posting for the first 
weekend of the 10 GHz and up contest?

Its been open for comments for the past week and I am the only one posted 
there yet...:( I seriously expected more comments by now.
