[NLRS] Help with WA9HCZ/b contact person needed

  Last June I started trying to find out what has happened to the EN43 and EN53 beacon. Someone on the reflector indicated that the LaCrosse Club was going to take over the HCZ beacon. I think I recall more detail than that, but I can't find the emails with that or info of a contact person. 

  Can someone send me an email with the contact person? I want to again pass along the fact that there are many of us out here that really USE that beacon and miss not being able to observe conditions without it. Also of course hope to find out if and when it might return to the air.
