[NLRS] 222 Tuesday is ON Every Tuesday

    Well, I'm now 2 for 2 with having our anniversary getaway 
coincide with a huge tropo opening.   Worked out perfectly 
in 2009 and 2010.   Hope you guys enjoyed it.   

     If there's anything left in your VHF/UHF tank, consider 
operating during 222 Tuesday tonight.   It's a general USA/VE 
activity night for the 222/223 band, and it's only as good as 
222 users make it.   Most guys get on toward 0030-0100Z.   

     Rover stations -- consider putting an unusual grid on the air 
during the various nets and activity nights.    Announce your plans 
ahead of time so guys will get on and look for you.   
    Also consider taking someone who's interested in roving with 
you so they can get a low-key taste of how it works.   With the 
ARRL Sept. VHF QSO Party less than 3 weeks away 
(Sept. 11-12th) this is a good time to encourage a new rover.
