Soapbox:  This was the first UHF contest that I have operated from home in seven years, so it was sort of fun to be so close to a cold refrigerator.  With the warm weather I was hoping for better conditions, but they appeared to be just sort of average at best.  Many many many thanks to rovers KC0P, W9FZ, WB0LJC, KE9QT, and KC0IYT, for being out and about.  I called CQ quite a bit on 222.100 and 432.100 from NW through west to southwest to south without many takers.  I was hoping to see a bit more activity from the Upper Midwest, but everyone must have been fishing or something.
